Before you begin your career search, ask yourself a few questions—and answer them. What do you want to do? What are you trying to do? What kind of job do you want? By answering these questions at the outset, you create a career plan—a clear, targeted objective you can use to focus your search. 1. Know what skills you most enjoy using.
