Our design company is looking for an organized individual that can assist us with the following;
Creating Quotes, Statements and Invoices on QuickBooks
Allocating customer payments on QuickBooks system.
Working on MS excel daily creating and maintaining spreadsheets
Keep daily income & expenditure up to date on excel spreadsheet
Liaising with bookkeeper frequently
Preparing files for Vat submission, ensuring all accounts files are up to date and filed correctly.
Filing daily and staying on top of all admin matters
Placing of orders with suppliers, arranging transport and booking contractors times and dates
Phoning & following up on payments from clients
Keeping track of petrol, log books and dispersements
General admin duties, filing, reception etc.
General office errands
Personal errands for the Director
Be at the beck and call of teh Director
Manage the Director’s diary (business & personal)
Driving frequently to drop off or collect samples or items needed.
Fetching and carrying if necessary
Ordering & buying stationary/office supplies

MUST Have Expert Excel skills
Proficient in other software programs such as internet, email, MS word
MUST understand QuickBooks or similar
MUST understand accounting basics, debtors, creditors.
MUST be able to add up figures, use spreadsheets and NOT make mistakes with money and figures! This is Vital!!!
MUST have own vehicle and license
Well mannered, helpful, easy going person and HONEST
