Our currently have opportunities for Customer Service Consultants to join their contact centre on a permanent basis. The purpose of these roles is to provide outstanding customer service experience for our customers that is targeted to their needs and is an effective and efficient resolution of their enquiry.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound calls and build effective relationships with customers
  • Provide clear and concise information and process requests in a timely manner
  • Make commercially astute business decisions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Work with your colleagues to help each other out and collaborate during busy times.

Requirements:

  • Contact centre experience (advantageous but not essential)
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to identify sales leads for other areas of the business
  • Quick to pick up new systems and navigate through complex information
  • Think outside the box when finding solutions for customers/advisers
